Hi there, and thanks for taking time to learn about my practice and services. My goal in creating this practice is grounded in my belief that we can expand therapeutic practice from where traditional mental health services leave off - so that everyone can feel their best, especially in difficulty and painful times of life.
My integration support services are rooted in years of work in the mental health field as a clinician, educator, and researcher. I believe deeply in the multiple ways that grief and loss can impact individuals and their loved ones. Through my training as a certified death midwife, as well as a training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration, I aim to provide services that can reduce anxiety related to grief and loss. I conceptualize grief and loss broadly, this may include a loss of a life, a terminal diagnosis, but also may be other losses.
As a feminist practitioner, I have a particular passion for supporting women, and the LGBTQ+ community. I understand the real and felt losses that
can occur due to systems of oppression, both related to gender identity, and through the coming out process.
I look forward to meeting you, and working to support you on your healing journey!
