We will talk about what you can expect during your journey. This will include planning the setting, your mindset for your journey, and other logistics to support your experience.
Integration of your psychedelic experience into your everyday life
We will explore the meaning you are making from your journey, utilizing a combination of modalities. This is best done over a few weeks time, to help you make the most of the experience.
Individual Preparation & Integration Services
Individualized preparation and/or integration for your psychedelic experience and post-experience integration.
Services during your medicine session
I provide services for sitting with you during a ketamine journey. I can support you through your experience in one of two ways:
Trip sitting - These sessions would not include journey prompts as part of the medicine experience, it includes general support.
Ketamine Assisted Journey Support - These sessions include therapeutic prompts and processing during the medicine journey. A minimum of one preparation and two integration sessions are required for this service**.
